Pricing Terms
Prices quoted are per day. Day of arrival, day of check out and all days booked are charged for (not just days used if the stay is shortened). There is a minimum charge of 3 days at the appropriate rate (even if your stay is shorter than that) to cover the deep clean sanitising of our suites between guests. Stays over Christmas are subject to a 5 day minimum charge and stays over New Year’s Day are subject to a 4 day minimum charge.
Payment is required in full at check out. There are no exceptions to this. We prefer bank transfer or cash payments but there is also a card machine.
Prices include food, gourmet extras, treats, quality litter, bedding, heating, toys and bundles of love and company. There are no extra costs here for that extra special treat for your cat – luxury is included as standard.

Webcams
We have state of the art cameras in every suite as well as outside, monitoring the entire surroundings of the building. These cameras are here to enhance our stringent security measures and act as an additional measure to monitor the health and wellbeing of our guests 24-hours a day.
WhatsApp Updates
We are happy to send WhatsApp updates, including pictures and videos of your cat periodically throughout their stay with us. This service is greatly appreciated by our customers and comes free of charge. Anyone without WhatsApp can benefit from text updates without photos and videos or email updates with some pictures if they so wish.
Chauffeur Service
We are pleased to offer a chauffeur service for those who have difficulties getting to or from the hotel, for anyone for whom it is more convenient, or for anyone who really doesn’t like to hear their cat complaining in their carrier! Our priority is always the care and well-being of our guests, so pickups and drop-offs are offered to fit in with other commitments in the hotel.
For guests living within a 10-mile radius of the hotel, the cost is £25.00 per journey. Guests living further than 10 miles from the hotel can still benefit from this service, but an additional charge of £1.25 per mile is charged for each additional mile over the 10-mile limit.
Please note, if you wish to take advantage of our return home service, an invoice will be prepared and forwarded to you prior to check out for settlement via BACS (or cash on arrival) as we are unable to take card payments in these circumstances.
Check In and Check Out
Check in and check out are strictly by appointment only between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm. Wherever possible your first choice of time will be accommodated but does depend on other appointments and other commitments.
We are closed for check in and check out on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and have very limited appointments on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Late arrivals for check in and check out, where this takes the appointment out of our published appointment hours and therefore impacts on time with guests, will incur an out of hours fee of £50.00.
Cancellations
We require 14 days’ notice in the event of cancellation. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice will incur full charge. Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period require 4 weeks’ notice of cancellation otherwise full payment for the period booked will be charged. If, however, a suite can be resold a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
