Pricing & Services

Day of arrival, day of departure and all days booked are charged for (not just days used if stay is shortened). We have a minimum booking charge of 3 days (even if your stay is shorter than that) to cover the deep clean sanitising of our suites between guests. Stays over Christmas Day and Boxing Day are subject to a 5-day minimum charge and stays over New Year’s Day are subject to a 4-day minimum charge.

Payment in full is required at check-out. There are no exceptions to this. We accept cash, card or bank transfer payments.

Prices are per day, including day of check in and check out and are inclusive of food, gourmet tasters, treats, quality litter tray, bedding, heating, toys and bundles of love. There are no extra costs here for that extra special treat for your cat’s pleasure.

We have a 3-day minimum accommodation charge at the appropriate rate.

Cats sharing must be from the same family.

A Little Extra Treat

Daily treats (where authorised by you) are included in the price of your cat’s stay. If you would like them to have something a little extra special to enjoy during their stay, we offer catnip sticks. These are 100% natural catnip plant sticks with no additives or preservatives and are healthy and safe for your cat. They facilitate cat’s dental hygiene and oral care while cats chew the sticks and also make your cat feel calm and relaxed. If your cat loves catnip they will most likely love these sticks. At just £1.00 per stick why not treat your furbaby to something extra?

Chauffeur Service

We are pleased to offer a chauffeur service for those who have real difficulties getting to or from the hotel. Our priority is always the care of our guests and so pickups or drop-offs are restricted to certain times of the day when we aren’t doing rounds in the hotel.

For guests living within a 10-mile radius of the cattery the cost is £10 per journey. For guests living further away we charge £10 for the first 10 miles and then 75p per mile thereafter.

Please note if you would like us to return your cat home to you following their stay with us, the bill must be settled in full by bank transfer or by cash on arrival. We are unable to take card payments in these circumstances.

WhatsApp Updates

We are happy, should you wish, to send you WhatsApp updates, including pictures of your cat periodically throughout their stay with us. There is no charge for this service.

We are happy, should you wish, to send you updates (no pictures) of your cat periodically throughout their stay with us.  There is no charge for this service.

Check In or Check Out

Check-in and check-out are strictly by appointment only and we will try to accommodate your choice of time wherever possible.

We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and have limited appointments on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.


We require 14 days’ notice in the event of cancellation.  Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice will incur full charge.  Bookings over the Christmas and New Year period require 4 weeks’ notice of cancellation otherwise full payment for the period booked will be charged.  If, however, the suite can be resold a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

We aim to respond to all emails and calls within 24 hours and we will do our utmost to respond within this time frame. However, please remember the cats in our care are our first priority and sometimes it may be a little longer.
